How Do I Place An Order?

You can place an order either by ordering directly through the website, by email, or by a direct phone call to discuss your product. 

When we receive an order through Villagelights.co.uk or by email;  if necessary we will contact you to clarify any details. 

You are very welcome to call us to discuss your order. 

 

I am looking for a particular light fitting that i cannot see on your website; Can you help?

Our Wrought Iron Fittings are bespoke fittings and each one is made to your order by our Ironsmith. Therefore if you require a different size, number of arms to your light fitting, or just have a design you would like to replicate; then talk to us and we will be happy to give you a quote. No fitting is too small or too large!

 

What Happens After My Order Has Been Placed?

When your order has been received, it will be checked and if any details need confirming we will contact you. 

We will then process your order and despatch your products. 

 

When Is Payment Taken For My Order?

Payment is normally taken at the time of placing your order.

For larger orders or for more complex bespoke orders, we usually require 25% of the order value before manufacture commences. 

 

When Can I Expect Delivery Of My Order?

Your delivery will depend on your order type.  Delivery of stock items will usually be 2-3 days working days. 

With bespoke orders we will discuss a timeline with you when you are placing the order.  

In general, orders for fittings not in stock, will be approx 2-3 weeks. 

We will always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, and will keep you informed of your order progress. 

Delivery is free on orders of over £99. 

Orders under £99 will incur a £6.95 delivery charge in Mainland UK.

Orders outside Mainland UK will be advised at time of order.

 

What happens if i want to return an item?

We would ask that you refer to our Returns Policy under Terms and Conditions, with reference to your particular product.
